This film is composed of a speech given by Amy Goodman, host of Democracy Now!
The film is illustrated by clips of mainstream media juxtaposed with rare
footage from independent reporters in
Iraq.
The documentary argues that dialogue is vital to a healthy democracy.
"Independent media has a crucial responsibility to go to where the silence
is," says Amy Goodman, "to represent the diverse voices of people
engaged in dissent." She makes a compelling argument that the commercial
news media have failed to represent the "true face of war."

Amy Goodman and her Democracy Now! poses a fake image of these VERY NICE and so honest concerned people who are trying to provide alternative media so alternative viewpoints can reach out to the general public.
And they do promote some alternative viewpoints. But only on MATTERS OF NO IMPORTANCE. They parrot the party lines LIKE CLONES on the REAL issues.
Democracy Now! has nothing to do with democracy and everything to do with Big Brother-style Tyrannical Government Information Control. The idea is to gain trust by focusing on unimportant issues in order to control and/or distort alternative information on issues of real importance.
Those who intentionally contribute to the cover-up and present false or misleading information regarding 911 are simply DISINFORMATION TERRORIST - and that is exactly what "Democracy Now!" are doing.
